The experiential framework

Four movements of a Taival Leadership journey

Taival is an ancient Finnish word for a meaningful path or journey. It represents transformation, deep dialogue and the shared human experience at the heart of every Taival Leadership program.

When we cross a landscape together, difference becomes more than an idea. It becomes a source of courage, wisdom and hope.

Taival Leadership creates space for Christian, Jewish and Muslim fellows to encounter one another with honesty, curiosity and care.
